Our new café was easily the next step for our popular gourmet pimento cheese brand,” said Stacey West, aka Chef Suga, co-founder and creator of Suga’s Pimento Cheeses. “Our customers often beg for recipes and perfect pairings, so opening a café was the next logical step in our brand’s evolution so we can treat our guests to deliciousness on-site and get to know them. This remarkable and unique café in downtown Powder Springs is perfect for us, for the area’s redevelopment, and to showcase the 12 varieties of pimento cheese, we lovingly handcraft daily.”
The robust flavors of Suga's Pimento Cheeses will guardrail this quaint location and create new memories for Suga's and her customers. From New York to the Deep South. From finance to flavor. Suga's Cheese Shoppe & Cafe was born out of a desire to follow the heart. It was Chef Suga's limitless imagination and creativity, paired with her culinary background, that led to the now twelve varieties of pimento cheese we lovingly handcraft daily, including four vegan options!
Our challenge was to create a bistro-inspired cafe immersive experience that offers customers our luxurious pimento cheeses, signature items, and more.
The 1,700 square foot shoppe, located at 4456 Marietta Street in the northwestern Atlanta suburb of Powder Springs, is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
A well-stocked retail area compliments all cheese-related items from pickles, jams, chips, popcorn, charcuterie boards, aprons, and many other things. And, of course, pimento cheese to go.
Our staple is the "Caviar of the South," and stop by and taste the full range of deliciousness today.
